Currently approved systemic treatments for advanced BCC

Consider the following systemic treatment options for appropriate patients with advanced BCC when surgery or radiation are no longer options1:

Hedgehog inhibitors (HHIs)

HHIs are a type of targeted therapy that inhibit the expression of certain genes in the hedgehog signaling pathway in the body to help treat advanced BCC.2


Immunotherapy is a type of treatment that works with the immune system to help treat advanced BCC.3
